Description

Design, develop, and support infrastructure automation solutions that enable consistent, scalable, and secure cloud platform deployments. Use Infrastructure as Code and automation frameworks to improve operational efficiency, deployment reliability, governance, and service delivery across enterprise environments. Troubleshoot IaC failures and automation issues while driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Bicep, ARM Templates, Terraform, and related automation technologies
• Develop automation workflows for infrastructure deployment, configuration management, and operational support
• Implement Azure deployment standards, naming conventions, and governance controls across Azure environments
• Automate platform provisioning, monitoring, reporting, and operational tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Logic Apps
• Enable automated deployment and release processes through Azure DevOps and automation frameworks
• Maintain source-controlled infrastructure repositories and ensure adherence to deployment and configuration management standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve Infrastructure as Code deployment failures, automation issues, and platform configuration problems
• Evaluate emerging automation technologies and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with cloud security, infrastructure, and architecture teams to implement secure and standardized platform solutions
• Document automation solutions, deployment procedures, architectural standards, and operational support processes
• Analyze deployment performance and operational metrics to identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement
• Support cloud platform modernization initiatives, migration efforts, and engineering best practice development

Requirements

• 7+ years of infrastructure, cloud engineering, automation, or platform engineering experience
• Expertise in administering and supporting Microsoft Azure environments in enterprise settings
• Knowledge of cloud networking, identity management, storage, and monitoring
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, Azure ARM Templates, and JSON-based deployment frameworks
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Azure CLI; experience developing and supporting Azure Logic Apps and automation workflows
• Experience supporting Azure DevOps pipelines, deployment automation, source control, and release-management practices
• Experience implementing automated deployment solutions with CI/CD integration for infrastructure delivery
• Familiarity with Git-based version control and collaborative development practices
• Experience implementing infrastructure standards and cloud governance controls
• Understanding of operational resiliency, infrastructure security, and change management processes
• Experience troubleshooting deployment failures and performing root cause analysis across cloud environments
