Description

Operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private cloud environments. You will build and maintain automation, tooling, and incident management, ensuring reliable operations and scalable performance. Support client onboarding and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across public and private cloud environments

• Use observability tooling to ensure actionable alerts supported by up-to-date runbooks and documentation

• Manage incidents end-to-end: incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews

• Onboard and support new clients onto the platform

• Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual effort and evaluate performance

• Identify and deliver process improvements

• Support software and hardware upgrades and keep components up to date

• Proactively manage capacity so the platform scales with demand

Requirements

• 4+ years hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production (ideally with Service Mesh)

• Strong Linux and command-line fundamentals

• Confident debugging and troubleshooting complex systems from the application layer through infrastructure

• Experience with a public cloud provider, preferably AWS or Azure

• Upper-intermediate English level
