Description

Join a team developing and maintaining advanced Machine Learning solutions used at scale to support key business processes. You’ll cover the full ML lifecycle—from data preparation and model development through deployment, monitoring, and continuous optimization in production. The focus is on building production-grade ML systems with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain machine learning solutions used in key business processes

• Own the ML lifecycle: data preparation, model development, deployment, monitoring, and optimization

• Build production-grade models and pipelines

• Apply explainability and validation/monitoring techniques to ensure model quality over time

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with Python and Machine Learning model development

• Hands-on experience with scikit-learn and at least one deep learning framework (PyTorch or TensorFlow)

• Solid knowledge of SQL and data processing at scale

• Experience with Spark and/or Databricks

• Practical knowledge of MLflow and the ML model lifecycle

• Experience building and maintaining production-grade ML solutions

• Good understanding of model explainability techniques (SHAP, LIME)

• Experience with model monitoring and validation metrics (PSI, Gini, KS)
