Description

Serve as the go-to technical advisor for clients on Braze, bridging business intent and technical execution. You design cohesive, scalable, and reusable solutions, including early-stage sizing and estimation for initiatives with incomplete requirements. You enable faster delivery through iterative solution shaping, clear technical trade-offs, and collaborative guidance.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions with Product Managers, BAs/POs, and business stakeholders

• Ensure solutions are cohesive, scalable, and reusable across use cases

• Provide early-stage sizing and estimation for new initiatives

• Shape delivery iteratively to support prioritisation, realistic scoping, and clear trade-offs

• Recommend implementation approaches and how to achieve business outcomes technically

• Use lightweight solution design and minimal but effective documentation supported by verbal collaboration

• Bridge business intent with technical constraints and commercial impact

• Work comfortably with ambiguity, test-and-learn, and outcome-led solutioning

• Help the development team move away from perfection-driven delivery cycles

Requirements

• Experience in technical leadership within MarTech platforms

• Proven ability to deliver cohesive, scalable, and reusable solutions

• Strong partnership skills with Product Managers, BA/POs, and business stakeholders

• Ability to provide early-stage sizing and estimation

• Expertise in iterative delivery and enabling faster prioritisation decisions

• Skill in solution design, technical guidance, and recommending implementation approaches

• Effective communication and collaborative design practices

• Comfort working with ambiguity and iterative delivery models

• Understanding of outcome-led solutioning and test-and-learn approaches

• Knowledge of platform adoption, scaling, and use case design patterns

• Advanced English proficiency (C1+)
