Description

Serve as a go-to technical advisor for clients on Braze, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions in a MarTech product-led environment. You will design cohesive, reusable approaches, perform early-stage sizing and estimation, and guide iterative delivery with clear technical trade-offs. The focus is on outcome-led solutioning, test-and-learn, and bridging technical constraints with commercial impact.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers, BAs/POs, and business stakeholders to turn business intent into scalable Braze solutions

• Ensure solutions are cohesive, scalable, and reusable across use cases

• Provide early-stage sizing and estimation for new initiatives, including when requirements are not fully defined

• Enable faster prioritization and realistic scoping through iterative delivery and lightweight solution design

• Recommend implementation approaches and trade-offs to achieve business outcomes

• Use strong verbal and collaborative design practices with minimal but effective documentation

• Bridge business intent and technical execution, including technical constraints and commercial impact

• Champion working with ambiguity, iterative delivery, and test-and-learn

• Help the development team move away from perfection-driven cycles and over-reliance on fully defined requirements

Requirements

• Experience in technical leadership within MarTech platforms

• Proven ability to deliver cohesive, scalable, reusable solutions

• Strong partnership skills with Product Managers, BAs/POs, and business stakeholders

• Ability to provide early-stage sizing and estimation for new initiatives

• Expertise in shaping delivery iteratively and enabling faster prioritization decisions

• Skill in solution design, technical guidance, and recommending implementation approaches

• Effective communication and collaborative design practices

• Comfort working with ambiguity and iterative delivery models

• Understanding of outcome-led solutioning and test-and-learn approaches

• Knowledge of platform adoption, scaling, and use case design patterns

• Advanced English proficiency (C1+)
