Description

Drive the architecture of scalable, resilient, cloud-native advertising technology platforms and high-load distributed systems. Lead architecture assessments and solution design, translating business requirements into secure, future-proof solutions. Support customer-facing pre-sales activities including architecture workshops and Proofs of Concept (PoCs), while setting architectural standards and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive architecture for scalable AdTech solutions and distributed cloud platforms
• Own architectural decisions and set technical direction aligned with business objectives
• Lead technical discovery, architecture assessments, and solution design
• Convert business requirements into scalable, secure, future-proof technical solutions
• Drive technical pre-sales activities (presentations, workshops, proposals, estimations, PoCs)
• Support business growth by showcasing AdTech expertise and expanding customer engagements
• Establish architectural standards, governance principles, and engineering best practices
• Guide engineering teams on implementation, scalability, performance optimization, and distributed systems design
• Evaluate emerging technologies (including AI-driven solutions) and recommend approaches
• Mentor engineers and support technical knowledge sharing

Requirements

• 7+ years of commercial software development experience
• 3+ years in architecture or technical leadership roles
• Hands-on expertise in at least two: Golang, Rust, Node.js, C++
• Proven experience with high-load, low-latency distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
• Strong microservices, messaging, caching, and API design fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
• Production experience on AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience with REST APIs, gRPC, WebSockets, and event streaming (Kafka, Kinesis, Pub/Sub)
• Experience with customer-facing technical consulting and pre-sales
• Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently and drive technical initiatives in fast-paced environments
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
