Description

Lead and coordinate end-to-end NAS/storage migration activities while managing a team of Business Analysts. Combine team leadership and stakeholder coordination with hands-on work in Microsoft Power Platform—especially Power BI dashboards and PowerApps—supported by Excel reporting and SharePoint trackers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Business Analysts
• Plan and coordinate end-to-end storage/NAS migrations
• Participate in and lead NAS migration activities according to agreed timelines
• Cooperate with Release Management
• Communicate daily with stakeholders
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management
• Follow up on requests from management and Project Managers
• Create, develop, maintain, and own Power BI dashboards
• Work with PowerApps and Microsoft Power Platform solutions
• Work with SharePoint trackers

Requirements

MUST HAVE

• Hands-on experience with NAS (Network Attached Storage)
• Strong knowledge of CIFS/SMB and NFS
• Practical experience with storage/NAS migrations, including planning and leading end-to-end
• Hands-on PowerApps development experience
• Experience with Power BI, including creating and maintaining dashboards
• Good knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Experience with SharePoint trackers
• Senior-level experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience leading a team of Business Analysts
• Good command of English and confidence working in an international environment
