Description

You will help build a billing model for managed services. The role includes understanding and documenting billing models, onboarding and validating service usage data sources in a billing platform, and defining how production data is translated into billable items.

Responsibilities

• Work with service owners and operations (data owners) to understand and document billing models

• Clarify billing requirements and identify the service and usage data needed for invoicing

• Identify, onboard, and validate data sources in the billing platform

• Define mappings between service usage, pricing models, and billable items, including converting production volumes into billing transactions

• Clarify topics related to APIs, access and credentials, integrations, data ownership, and source system requirements

• Coordinate across service owners, operations, billing, and development teams; prepare implementation requirements and assess automation opportunities

• Analyze and reconcile datasets and explain discrepancies

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Technical Analyst

• Good understanding of operational data flows and system integrations (APIs, data sources, transformations)

• Hands-on experience in data mapping (source-to-target) and data analysis (SQL is a plus)

• Ability to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders and systems at the same time

• Experience supporting access management, configuration, and integrations

• English at B2/C1 level minimum and communicative Polish
