Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications using FastAPI and Pydantic, and build GenAI solutions using LLMs and AI agents. The role includes implementing RAG and hybrid search using vector databases, adding async/concurrent behavior with asyncio, and integrating multimodal AI models (text, image, audio). You will also troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, perform code reviews, and mentor team members while coordinating technical activities with the client.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of software development experience

• Very good Python and FastAPI knowledge

• Practical Pydantic for data validation and schema definition

• Async and parallel programming experience with asyncio

• Practical GenAI/LLM experience applied to business problems

• Experience building AI agent–based applications

• Knowledge of RAG, hybrid search, and vector databases

• Ability to analyze technical problems, debug, and optimize

• Independence, good organization, and prioritization skills

• Team collaboration and client communication

• English level C1
