Description

You will support the planning, development, and maintenance of the organization’s IT infrastructure and systems used for internal work, leveraging Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 technologies. The role focuses on monitoring availability and service continuity, maintaining security and access levels, handling network administration tasks, and keeping servers and workstations operational with proper technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, development, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems (Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Active Directory, Windows Server, SQL Server, Hyper-V, SCVMM, 3CX, Azure DevOps).
• Monitor and maintain uptime and continuity of IT infrastructure and services.
• Maintain security for infrastructure and IT services.
• Ensure appropriate access levels for employees and external users.
• Perform administrative tasks in the computer network.
• Maintain and service workstations and servers.
• Keep equipment and hardware inventory records.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for infrastructure and IT services.

Requirements

• Interest in technology and a desire to grow in IT (infrastructure planning and implementation).
• Basic knowledge of computer networks and Microsoft-based IT infrastructure.
• Committed and professional work approach with a strong focus on quality.
• Independence, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn and develop with new technologies.
• English proficiency to read documentation and communicate with third-party support.
• Excellent Polish proficiency in speaking and writing.
• Preferred: at least 1 year of relevant junior experience or completed internship.
