Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Pega architecture and development

• Proven expertise in CLM frameworks and related integrations

• Strong understanding of Pega design principles and implementation strategies

• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence and engage stakeholders

• Demonstrated ownership and accountability for complex projects

• Ability to drive change and foster continuous improvement

• Pega CLSA certification

• Experience in financial services or regulated industries

• Knowledge of integration patterns and API management
