Description

Business-Systems Analyst for implementation projects in the card acceptance (card acquiring) area. You will translate business requirements into functional specifications, prepare project documentation, create and test card transaction scenarios, and coordinate certification processes with payment organizations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project documentation in collaboration with the bank and the supplier

• Develop test scenarios

• Organize and coordinate certification processes with payment organizations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a related role (preferred)

• Experience in card acceptance (card acquiring) implementation projects

• Knowledge of card acceptance operational processes, products, and systems

• Experience integrating card processing platforms for authorization, clearing & settlement, chargebacks, and reconciliation

• Experience with payment organizations (Visa, Mastercard), payment gateways, and merchant onboarding processes

• Understanding of transaction lifecycle, dispute handling, fee structures (MSC, interchange), and settlement processes

• Ability to turn business requirements into detailed functional specifications

• Practical knowledge of ISO8583, ISO20022, PCODES, and MTI

• Experience creating and testing card transaction scenarios

• Experience in structured project environments (SDLC, Agile, or hybrid)

• Ability to work with business, technology, and external vendor teams

• English at least B2
