Description

Manage modification and evolution requests for payment (monetics) information systems within the project steering team. Participate in weekly reviews of establishment requests, analyze them with project leads, coordinate cross-functional demand handling, and propose solutions and release evolution planning. Enter quotations in the request management tool, follow requests with project leads, prepare materials for COFIL merchant committees, and support weekly budget tracking and the annual budget plan.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the weekly review of establishment requests

• Analyze requests with Project Managers

• Lead cross-functional request handling

• Propose solutions and plan release evolutions

• Enter quotes/estimates in the request management tool

• Follow up on requests with Project Managers

• Participate in project follow-up meetings

• Prepare materials for COFIL merchant committees

• Track weekly budget and prepare the annual budget plan

Requirements (Must Haves)

• Strong functional knowledge of the monetics Front Office, especially for merchants

• Knowledge of Tango software (Lusis)

• Knowledge of CBAE, CB2A, VISA, and Mastercard protocols

• Experience in managing monetics (payments) projects
