Description

Lead a strategic project transforming a data platform in Azure, with emphasis on Azure Databricks and rebuilding/advancing the platform architecture. Plan timelines, monitor progress, and ensure project goals are achieved while coordinating multiple technical and business teams. Work closely with stakeholders in English to drive delivery and cross-team alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic data platform transformation initiatives in Azure Databricks

• Coordinate work for redesigning the data platform and developing its architecture

• Plan schedules, monitor progress, and ensure goals are met

• Collaborate with technology and business teams and coordinate activities between teams

Requirements

• Senior Project Manager experience with data platform transformation or migration to Microsoft Azure

• Project experience using Azure Databricks

• Experience rebuilding data platforms and implementing Data Mesh or Medallion Architecture

• Strong planning and project delivery management across multiple teams

• English communication skills

• Willingness to work hybrid in Warsaw (2 office days/week initially)
