Description

Lead and advise Veeva Vault RIM implementations as a senior consultant and subject-matter expert. You will support data migration, configure and customize Veeva Vault RIM, and design/build workflows. You will also plan and deliver document migration from legacy systems (e.g., OpenText) and provide expert guidance to the delivery team.

Responsibilities

• Act as Senior Consultant and technical subject-matter lead for Veeva Vault RIM

• Guide the team on data migration and Veeva Vault RIM system configuration

• Design, build, and configure Veeva Vault RIM workflows

• Configure and customize Veeva Vault RIM to meet business requirements

• Plan and execute document migrations from legacy systems (e.g., OpenText) to Veeva Vault RIM

• Provide technical support during document migration and system configuration implementation

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in software engineering or system integrations

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Veeva Vault (preferably Clinical Data / CDMS)

• Experience configuring Veeva Vault RIM

• Experience migrating documents from legacy systems (e.g., OpenText) to Veeva Vault RIM

• English proficiency level C1
