Primary focus: Designing and building Azure cloud solutions with .NET and C#

Description

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support RelativityOne cloud solutions built on Azure using .NET and C#. Work end-to-end on a greenfield product within a Scrum team, collaborating with engineers and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure features. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and help drive continuous improvement across development, deployment, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Scrum delivery across the full software lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment, operations).
• Architect and design performant, scalable, and secure solutions with a quality-first mindset.
• Apply object-oriented principles and SOLID/design patterns using C#, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Provide technical guidance, participate in code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.
• Develop unit and integration testing strategies, including static analysis.
• Improve engineering processes and automate repetitive operational tasks.
• Contribute to CI/CD deployment and upgrade workflows.
• Use monitoring and observability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot production issues and respond to customer-specific defects/problems.
• Coach and mentor team members; participate in second-line on-call rotation after domain ramp-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years commercial software development with C#
• Cloud-scalable solutions experience with cloud-native patterns (preferably Azure)
• Scalable database technologies experience
• DevOps mindset with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Harness, LaunchDarkly) and mature observability
• Ability to design and implement deployment/release solutions
• Strong software engineering best practices (unit testing, code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, documentation)
• Hands-on AI tool integration in engineering workflows (coding/refactoring/review, design/documentation, release planning, evaluation/ownership of decisions)
• Agile team experience with mentoring and cross-functional collaboration
• Fluency in English
