Description

Lead frontend development of a digital bank’s core customer onboarding platform, covering automated verification, multi-step applicant scoring, and integrations with external risk, compliance, and identity providers. You will set frontend technical direction and code quality standards while building resilient, state-driven multi-step forms and asynchronous user journeys. You’ll also improve workflows to handle third-party latency, outages, and timeouts with fallback and retry mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend development using Vue.js, Next.js, and TypeScript

• Set technical direction and code quality standards; guide other frontend developers

• Design complex state-driven multi-step forms and asynchronous user journeys

• Refactor workflows to gracefully handle third-party latency, outages, and timeouts

• Build asynchronous fallback and retry mechanisms to remove user-facing errors and keep state consistent

Requirements

• 8+ years of commercial frontend experience, including senior or lead roles

• Hands-on commercial experience with both Vue.js and Next.js

• Strong TypeScript and JavaScript

• Experience building complex multi-step forms and asynchronous user journeys

• Fluent English
