Description

You will help develop and maintain the Daktela CCaaS platform backend in PHP 8.5, built on a custom ORM with some Symfony components. The work includes improving code, using AI tools to speed up development/refactoring and generate tests (while following best practices and security), and proactively finding bottlenecks to save time or money. You will collaborate across teams and take part in daily Git workflows, code reviews, and sprint planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the contact-center platform backend in PHP 8.5
• Accelerate and optimize development (faster, leaner implementation)
• Use AI tools to support development, refactoring, and test generation with safety and best practices
• Identify bottlenecks in processes and propose technical solutions
• Work with Git daily, participate in code reviews, and help plan sprints
• Collaborate with Sales, Infra, and Management

Requirements

• Willingness to learn, responsibility, and strong teamwork
• AI-assisted development mindset with understanding of risks; maintain final responsibility for secure, working code
• Communicative English (written and spoken)
• Czech or Slovak proficiency at C2 level
