Description

Act as the primary Level 3 subject matter expert for Microsoft Intune and SCCM (MECM), owning complex incident troubleshooting, problem management, and root-cause resolution. Design, configure, and maintain modern Windows 10 and Windows 11 endpoint environments, including co-management, hybrid cloud topologies, compliance, application deployment, and security hardening. Mentor Level 2 teams and lead technical workshops and governance with client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary L3 escalation SME for Intune and SCCM (MECM)
• Lead complex root-cause analyses and problem management
• Design and maintain co-managed and hybrid endpoint environments for Windows 10/11
• Manage end-to-end software distribution lifecycles (Win32, MSI, MSIX) and deployment rings
• Direct monthly patch management schedules and quality/feature update deployments
• Implement device configuration profiles and compliance policies; integrate with Conditional Access via Microsoft Entra ID
• Automate administration, compliance checks, and configuration rollouts using PowerShell scripting
• Mentor and coordinate Level 2 operational teams; create SOPs and technical documentation
• Lead technical workshops and governance sessions with clients

Requirements

• 5+ years enterprise experience managing, deploying, and supporting mission-critical Windows endpoint environments (Windows 10/11)
• Expert-level administration of Microsoft Intune and SCCM / MECM, including hybrid and co-managed architectures
• Hands-on expertise in software packaging and application lifecycle management (Win32, MSI, MSIX)
• Demonstrated background in enterprise patch management, OS deployment (OSD), security hardening, and compliance monitoring
• Practical working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), device enrollment methods, and Group Policy
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and task automation for administrative efficiency and system health checks
• Proven track record as a 3rd-level technical lead with stakeholder management and cross-team coordination
