Description

You will take ownership of applications from internal and external suppliers, analyze their architecture for production readiness, and design how they are deployed across diverse stacks (Python, .NET, Java, PHP, Node.js, etc.). You will build and operate a unified application platform, move deployment to container standards using Docker and Kubernetes, and handle production operations including monitoring, logging, and incident resolution. You will also deploy AI applications/agents and integrate LLM-based services (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, local models) into company applications.

Responsibilities

• Ingest applications from internal and external vendors into IT operations management
• Analyze application architecture and prepare systems for production operation
• Design and implement deployment approaches across multiple technology stacks
• Design, build, and manage CI/CD pipelines
• Build a unified application platform for operating internal applications
• Design and gradually introduce a containerization platform (Docker, Kubernetes) as the deployment standard
• Manage production environments, configurations, and application dependencies
• Provide monitoring/logging and resolve operational incidents
• Collaborate with development teams to define architecture and ensure applications are ready for operational handover
• Introduce deployment, operations, and application security standards
• Deploy and operate AI applications, AI agents, and LLM-based services
• Integrate AI services (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, local models) into enterprise applications
• Support development teams during deployment of new applications and AI solutions

Requirements

• Czech language at native level (C2)
• Experience operating applications in multiple technology stacks
• Experience in at least one programming language; ability to read code in others
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD tooling
• Experience with Linux, Git, and database administration
• Interest in modern application operations platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift, or similar)
• Experience with AI technologies or willingness to develop quickly in this area
• Ability to define standards and automate operational activities
