Description

You will be responsible for IT cost management within IT steering, including planning, controlling, and reporting IT costs. The role also supports the ongoing development of IT risk management and IT security management, including defining security guidelines, maintaining an IT risk inventory, and contributing risks to OpRisk management. You will develop mitigation measures and emergency plans, and help coordinate internal, external, and supervisory audit activities.

Responsibilities

• Own IT cost management together with the team: plan, control, and report IT costs
• Continuously develop IT controlling: create KPIs, concepts, and measures to achieve targets; report regularly to department heads, committees, and the executive board
• Support ongoing development of IT risk management and IT security management
• Create requirements and guidelines to ensure IT security in day-to-day IT operations
• Identify IT risks, maintain an IT risk inventory, and feed IT risks into OpRisk management
• Develop countermeasures and emergency plans for different attack scenarios
• Coordinate and support internal audit, external SGVHT audits, and supervisory audits (e.g., § 44)
• Lead projects within your scope in IT risk management and IT security management

Requirements

• Banking education with an additional qualification (e.g., Sparkassenfachwirt/-betriebswirt) or a university/technical college degree
• First professional experience in IT cost management, IT regulatory topics, IT risk management, and IT security management
• Knowledge of common IT standard applications (e.g., IT Kostenmanager, Rimago) and MS Office
• Independent and accountable working style
