Description

You will manage, configure, and maintain assigned IT systems, including the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central application.

The role involves independent resolution of complex operational and technical incidents, continuous monitoring for reliable operation, and maintaining quality, security, and up-to-date technical documentation.

You will also ensure compliance with internal standards and security rules and analyze technical requirements to propose appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain IT systems, including Business Central

• Independently solve more complex operational and technical incidents

• Monitor systems and ensure reliable operations

• Maintain quality, security, and currency of technical documentation

• Ensure alignment with internal standards and security policies

• Analyze technical requirements and propose suitable solutions

• Collaborate with project managers, specialists, testers, and other IT teams

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in IT administration or application management

• Proven experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Experience operating applications on Microsoft Azure

• Ability to analyze technical issues and find effective solutions

• Independent, responsible, and reliable approach

• Ability to organize work, set priorities, and communicate across teams

• English for technical documentation

• At least upper-secondary education (maturita) and MS Office knowledge
