Description

You will design, build, and operate the data solution behind the Voice Guardian platform—collecting product, billing, and performance data and preparing it for reporting and visualization. You will integrate and export data to customer and partner systems, ensuring data quality, consistency, and auditability (especially for billing). You will also gradually expand the data solution to connect Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage the data solution for the platform

• Collect and process product, billing, and performance data

• Prepare data for reporting and visualization, including dashboards for Product, Engineering, and Sales

• Integrate and export data to customer and partner systems

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and auditability, especially for billing

• Gradually expand data connections across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance

Requirements

• Experience designing data solutions using dimensional modeling (Kimball/star or snowflake) or Data Vault

• Strong understanding of relational and document databases and their trade-offs

• Experience with data transformation and orchestration tools (e.g., dbt and Airflow/Dagster)

• Proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and integrations

• Experience with cloud data services (AWS preferred; S3, Athena, Glue, Redshift, Aurora are a plus)

• Strong focus on data quality and accuracy, especially for billing

• Good English communication skills, including documentation and communication with international teams/customers
