Description

You will administer and continuously improve the Atlassian Cloud system landscape, including Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence. You will configure workflows, permission concepts, and automations, and support business departments through consulting, training, and day-to-day support. You will also contribute to collaboration and digitalization IT projects and ensure problems are identified, documented, and resolved sustainably.

Responsibilities

• Continuous administration and further development of Atlassian Cloud products (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence)
• Configure workflows, permission concepts, and automations within Atlassian tools
• Advise, train, and support business teams for optimal tool usage
• Contribute to IT projects in collaboration and digitalization
• Identify, document, and sustainably solve problems

Requirements

• IT training or comparable qualification
• Experience operating and administering Atlassian Cloud products
• Understanding of data flows and system-wide relationships
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, server operating systems, and common Microsoft applications
• Structured, solution-oriented work style and teamwork
• Fluent German
