Description

As a full-stack engineer, you will build and own product work end-to-end, spanning UI implementation and scalable back-end processing logic. You’ll collaborate with PM, designers, user researchers, and data scientists throughout conception-to-post-launch iteration, while writing clean, maintainable code. The role focuses on delivering a superlative user experience and continuous product enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Build and own product capabilities, from user interface to back-end processing logic

• Participate in every step of the product development process with cross-functional partners

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-stack experience in large, well-maintained codebases building user-facing products (integration development preferred)

• Professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (React and Node.js) or Scala

• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional and cross-timezone collaboration (e.g., PM, design)

• Ability to make autonomous judgment while balancing speed with long-term maintainability

• Passion for user experience and attention to detail

• Strong motivation to help teams collaborate more effectively and efficiently

• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies; willingness to learn and leverage them

• Estimated base salary range: 31,900–36,250 PLN (gross monthly); actual varies based on market and qualifications assessed during interviews
