• Role: Senior Network Engineer (Juniper) – Automation

Description

You will design, expand, and securely operate network and security infrastructure based on Juniper. You will drive network automation by optimizing processes and deployments with Ansible and Python, and implement complex routing scenarios using BGP and OSPF while ensuring stability. You will collaborate with system and software engineering teams to plan and execute changes in staging and production.

Requirements

• Completed IT study or apprenticeship or equivalent qualification through years of professional experience

• Senior-level knowledge of security infrastructure (e.g., firewalls)

• Operational experience with BGP and OSPF

• Confident working knowledge of Linux and *BSD environments

• Automation implementation experience with Ansible and Python

• Plus: datacenter experience and/or relevant certifications such as Juniper JNCIE

• Fluent German (C1) for clear communication
