Description

You will trade electricity on intraday market platforms, monitor and manage generation resources, and address the business impacts of generation outages. You’ll ensure completed trades are registered in internal systems, adjust operational preparation, support optimization of resource use, and deliver regular daily reporting. Prior trading experience is not required—motivation to learn and strong responsibility are key.

Responsibilities

• Execute intraday electricity trading on market platforms
• Monitor and manage generation resources
• Handle trading impacts caused by generation resource outages
• Register executed trades in internal systems
• Adjust preparation for operations
• Identify opportunities to use and optimize resources more efficiently
• Provide regular daily reporting

Requirements

• Minimum high school education; university degree is an advantage
• Ideally a graduate in an economic or technical field
• Ability to work in continuous shifts, including night shifts
• Independent, responsible, and able to make decisions
• Ability to work with MS Excel and willingness to learn new tools/processes
