Full-Stack Software Developer (Mid/Senior)

Quick Facts

You will support and evolve an existing CRM system, build new front-end and back-end modules for pharma and FMCG clients, and progressively rewrite the system’s core into modern technologies. The role also includes participating in architecture and adopting new tools, with AI integrated into everyday development.

Description

You will work across the stack on both ongoing operations and new feature development, then help migrate the CRM core to modern tech. You will collaborate with colleagues and a product owner directly at the Prague headquarters. AI is a standard part of development, used for coding, refactoring, testing, documentation, and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations and maintenance of the current CRM (Medor, .NET Framework 4.8)
• Develop both front-end and back-end functionality
• Build new modules and features for pharma and FMCG clients
• Gradually rewrite the system core using modern technologies
• Participate in system architecture design and adoption of new technologies
• Collaborate with the team and product owner on delivery and projects

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of C# / .NET Framework 4.8+ and .NET 10
• Experience with EF Core 9+
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
• Knowledge of relational databases (MS SQL), including optimization and schema design
• Knowledge of REST / SOAP APIs
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
• Experience with Git
• Basic communication skills for working with the internal team
