Description

You will develop and evolve a Lexware-integrated digital banking platform, taking features from idea to production while keeping scalability and stability in mind. Work includes modern microservice development, iterative customer-value delivery, and continuous improvement of collaboration using Inspect & Adapt. You will also help integrate AI agents and automated workflows into the product and operating model.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Lexware business account within a cloud-based web application, working iteratively and customer-value oriented
• Ensure smooth communication between services in a modern microservice architecture and jointly decide on new tools and approaches
• Integrate AI agents and automated workflows into everyday work and product structures, actively shaping the organizational change
• Own features from first idea through productive cloud operation while monitoring scalability and platform stability
• Continuously improve teamwork and ways of working through Inspect & Adapt

Requirements

• Multi-year experience building modern web applications
• Strong frontend expertise with React, TypeScript, and Material UI; focus on Spring Boot on the backend
• Solid relational database knowledge, preferably PostgreSQL
• Reliable experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda)
• Experience with Clean Code, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and agile methods
• Experience with microservices and the associated technical challenges
• Very good German skills (at least C2)
