Description

You will help develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using a modern tech stack. The role covers responsive frontend development (TypeScript/JavaScript/Tailwind CSS) and backend/API development (TypeScript or PHP, SQL, RESTful APIs). You will collaborate with design and product and improve code quality through reviews, tests, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, performant web applications

• Implement responsive frontend solutions with TypeScript, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS

• Build backend solutions using TypeScript or PHP, SQL databases, and RESTful APIs

• Work with modular software architecture to ensure maintainability and extensibility

• Collaborate closely with design and product teams on user-centered solutions

• Perform code reviews, testing, and performance optimization

• Ensure code quality and follow best practices

• Use Docker and Kubernetes to deploy, scale, and manage containers

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification

• Minimum 5 years of full-stack web development experience, especially RESTful API development and backend/frontend integration

• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and modular software architecture

• Experience with relational SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and writing complex queries

• Experience with OpenSearch or Elasticsearch is desirable

• Very good frontend development skills with modern JavaScript/TypeScript technologies

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for managing container environments

• Experience with Git and working in an agile environment

• Strong sense for clean, maintainable code and software design

• Independent, solution-oriented working style and creative mindset

• German C1 and English B2 (written and spoken)
