Description

You will develop and refine media strategies for current clients and new selection processes, from understanding briefs to delivering strategy presentations. You will regularly create and review annual media landscape overviews (trends, innovations, market development) and contribute to integrated Power of One projects across disciplines. You’ll also represent the agency externally and support your growth through mentoring and collaboration with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop media strategies for existing clients and new pitches (from brief handling to strategy proposal and presentation)

• Create and revise annual media landscape reports and analyses

• Contribute to integrated “Power of One” projects across agency disciplines

• Participate in development initiatives that build competency and local market image (e.g., media effectiveness studies)

• Represent the agency at conferences and external communication activities

• Design, conduct, and evaluate internal or client workshops and presentations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience preparing media strategies for different brands

• Experience in a media agency environment

• Ability to design, prepare, run, and evaluate workshops or presentations for internal teams and clients

• English proficiency at least B2 (fluent)

• Full-time availability
