Description

You’ll join a team building meaningful greenfield software from scratch—without legacy drag or endless refactoring. Work includes backend logic for data-heavy and real-time web applications, plus modern software with real-world impact. The role values quality engineering and using AI tools as an assistant while still writing original, maintainable code.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend functionality for multiple ongoing greenfield projects
• Build and influence architecture, technology choices, and project direction
• Collaborate directly within a small team to make fast decisions

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial Node.js experience
• Actively use AI tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, Cursor)
• Write high-quality code and take ownership of outcomes
• Think beyond tasks/tickets and contribute to problem solving
• Experience or desire to work from the start of new projects
• Ability to work independently as a mid-to-senior developer
