Description

You’ll own both stacks end-to-end: app, database, infrastructure, deployments, and monitoring. In the lending product, you’ll keep scoring, servicing, and collections fast and reliable while ensuring banks, payment providers, credit bureaus, Open Banking, and KYC work together. In the PropTech product, you’ll tame developer data feeds and keep the public site fast and well-indexed.

Responsibilities

• Ship production code every week and review everyone else’s code
• Own both stacks top to bottom (app, database, infra, deploys, monitoring)
• Ensure scoring, servicing, and collections reliability and correct data flow across integrations
• In PropTech, normalize and manage developer data feeds and optimize public site performance and indexing
• Partner with credit risk teams to ensure numbers are accurate (not approximate)
• Decide what the two products share and what they don’t
• Pay down tech debt on purpose
• Lead in-house engineers and partners by example
• Own security and compliance in practice
• Say “no” when requirements don’t make sense

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering and end-to-end production system ownership
• Willing to keep writing code (hands-on role)
• Strong backend skills and comfort with SQL
• Sufficient frontend knowledge to own a consumer product
• Knowledge of cloud, CI/CD, and monitoring
• Fintech or regulated experience is a plus
• Can switch between two different products without letting either drift
• Knows when to build, buy, or use a quick pragmatic fix
• Can explain trade-offs to a founder in two sentences
• Czech plus working English
