Description

Join the Amazon SES team to build systems that support massive email sending at global scale and to create AI/ML capabilities that improve deliverability and engagement. On the SES Command team, you’ll help make configuration easy for both AI systems and end customers—through natural language replacing complex APIs and an onboarding experience that feels effortless.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support next-generation configuration and onboarding experiences for SES customers of all technical levels

• Build natural language interfaces that replace complex APIs for managing SES resources

• Produce robust, efficient, and maintainable code at the scale of millions of customer resources

• Solve challenging problems at the intersection of AI/ML, distributed systems, and customer experience, including intent understanding and resource orchestration

• Continually challenge existing approaches to simplify complexity without sacrificing capability

• Contribute to the vision and roadmap for unified configuration experiences in alignment with customer needs and SES strategy

• Drive algorithm and architecture design for AI-powered tooling that adapts to how customers think

Requirements

• 1+ years of non-internship professional software development experience

• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

• Base salary range (USA, WA, Seattle): $110,500–$160,000 annually
