Description

You will prepare training events, deliver workshops and webinars (as well as in-person trainings), and teach by demonstrating and explaining digital tools and solutions. The role also includes creating educational materials such as demos, presentations, assignments, video scripts/voiceover texts, and portal graphics and student tasks. You will consult clients on their needs, help with internal projects, and continuously stay current with new features and applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare educational events, demos, and learning materials

• Lead workshops, webinars, and in-person training sessions

• Create training content including video scenarios, voiceover scripts, and student assignments

• Provide client consulting and sometimes attend meetings to review and improve implementations

• Support internal projects and improve internal workflows with the instructor team

• Stay updated on digital technology and AI innovations and share relevant insights with the team

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge and effective use of digital technologies

• Ability to present topics to larger audiences and engage learners

• Communicative English (advantage)

• Microsoft 365 knowledge (required)

• Strong familiarity with AI tools, especially generative tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini; deeper knowledge (including AI agents and n8n workflows) is a plus
