Description

You will design, administer, and continuously improve Directory Services, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and PKI infrastructure, including Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.

You will also manage the email encryption gateways to ensure secure and legally compliant communication, while supporting IT projects and ongoing operations. The role includes second- and third-level support plus KPI monitoring and reporting to maintain quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Administer and continuously develop Directory, IAM, and PKI infrastructure, including Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (connectors, Conditional Access, MFA, Single Sign-On)
• Administer and optimize email encryption gateways to ensure secure and legally compliant communication
• Plan, coordinate, and implement IT projects; monitor, document, and further develop the supported IT systems
• Provide second- and third-level support; perform budget planning; develop, monitor, and report KPIs

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge and skills
• Several years of professional experience in Directory Services, IAM, and PKI (ideally in a large enterprise)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies
• Ideally experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, Venafi Trust Protection, and Entrust HSM
• Safe use of PowerShell to automate and further develop IAM solutions
• Independent, structured work style plus strong analysis and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of virtualization and storage systems is an advantage
