Description

You will support and enhance SAP logistics processes in SAP ERP and SAP Fiori, covering modules MM, WM, and PM (including related add-ons). The role involves evaluating, planning, and introducing extensions, new SAP technologies, and SAP cloud products, as well as advising business teams during transformation projects. You will also lead projects within the organization (including S/4HANA transformation responsibilities), run workshops, train key users and end users, and document your work.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP logistics modules MM, WM, and PM and the associated add-ons in SAP ERP and SAP Fiori

• Evaluate, plan, and implement extensions, new SAP technologies, and SAP cloud products

• Independently lead small and large projects across the organization, including responsibility in (sub-)projects for the strategic S/4HANA transformation using internal and external resources

• Support the rollout of new SAP technologies and products into production operations

• Advise business departments and plan suitable options and technologies to map business processes in the system, especially during transformation initiatives

• Design and implement solutions in SAP logistics modules and non-SAP approaches; coordinate cross-department resources

• Consider IT security aspects when developing solutions

• Conduct workshops for requirements gathering and train key users and end users

• Create documentation for the activities above

Requirements

• Completed relevant academic degree in IT or a comparable field, or equivalent skills and experience; alternatively, a relevant degree with at least four years of relevant professional experience

• Multi-year professional experience and very good knowledge from supporting at least one of the SAP modules MM, WM/EWM, or PM

• Demonstrated independence, communication skills, teamwork, organizational ability, and strong responsibility through leading (sub-)projects

• German language skills at least C1 (CEFR)

• Desirable: knowledge of technical architecture of an SAP-ERP system with integrations to external systems

• Desirable: knowledge of SAP Fiori (gateways) and other SAP products and interfaces (e.g., SAP BTP, SAP Ariba)

• Desirable: knowledge of logistics or maintenance processes and related peripherals (label printers, scanners, automation connections)

• Proof of measles immunity or vaccination according to applicable legal and medical requirements
