Description

Start a structured apprenticeship as an IT Systems Electronics Technician where you will install, configure, and test hardware, software, and power supply systems. You’ll plan, configure, and support networks and IT infrastructure, and help secure systems using firewalls and protections against viruses and malware. You will also set up remote access, support secure connectivity, manage databases, and assist with troubleshooting IT and communications issues.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, connect, and terminate electrical and electronic cabling
• Independently install, configure, and test hardware, software, and power supply systems
• Plan, configure, and maintain networks and IT infrastructures together with the team
• Ensure system security using firewalls and protection against viruses and malware
• Set up remote access and support secure networking for sites and employees
• Set up databases, secure them, and restore them when needed
• Analyze faults in IT and communication systems and participate in resolving them

Requirements

• At least a Realschulabschluss (or actively pursuing it)
• Strength in math, informatics, and technology
• Interest in IT, modern technologies, and electronic systems
• Ideally first experience with Microsoft Office and using PCs
• Curiosity for technical challenges and a problem-solving mindset
• Analytical thinking and structured working style
• Willingness to take responsibility and show initiative
• Reliability, independence, and careful work practices
• Enjoy team work and actively contribute
