Description

Develop and optimize industrial computer vision and automation systems, including the development and testing of new technologies and prototypes. Participate in commissioning at the plant and on-site with customers, support colleagues in commissioning and service, and help with troubleshooting in first- and second-level support. Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical problems while maintaining and improving technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Further develop and optimize existing inspection and automation systems for industrial computer vision

• Contribute to the development and testing of new technologies and prototypes

• Perform commissioning at the plant and at customer sites

• Train and support colleagues in commissioning and service

• Support customers with software, control, and computer vision system issues in first- and second-level support

• Analyze, diagnose, and fix technical problems

• Maintain, update, and improve technical documentation

• Collaborate with internal specialists and national/international customers

Requirements

• Completed technical education (UNI/FH) in Informatics, Software Engineering, Physics, Mechatronics, or a related field

• Experience in industrial computer vision and object-oriented software development, preferably with HALCON and C#

• Solid geometry knowledge and strong spatial imagination

• Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally

• Team-oriented and independent working style

• Creativity and interest in innovative solutions
