Description

Contribute to product and technology development while also delivering customer projects. You will capture customer requirements, build technical solution concepts, and support the development, integration, testing, and release of software solutions, including cloud and POS systems. You’ll help shape modern software architectures and participate in innovative AI solution work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and further improve own software products (e.g., React.js, Kotlin Native, Kotlin Multiplatform, Python, PHP)

• Use modern development tools and help design innovative AI solutions and software architectures

• Take technical lead roles in planning and implementing IT/software projects

• Gather customer requirements and create technical solution concepts

• Evolve cloud solutions and POS cash register systems and integrate new technologies

• Provide technical support for customers and retailers/partners and help resolve complex technical issues

• Integrate software solutions, run tests, and support new software releases

• Feed learnings from real customer practice back into product development

Requirements

• Degree or training in Informatics, Business Informatics, or comparable IT qualification (also suitable for career starters and graduates)

• Strong knowledge of software development with modern web/app technologies (ideally React.js, Kotlin, Python, or PHP)

• Interest in innovative technologies, AI, and modern development tools

• Technical understanding with enjoyment in analyzing and solving complex requirements

• Communication skills and willingness to exchange directly with customers

• Independent, structured working style and strong teamwork

• Proactive mindset, high willingness to learn, and motivation to develop personally and professionally

• Turkish language skills required

• German language skills required
