Description

You’ll visit clients to learn how their business really works—from leadership to day-to-day operations—then find where they lose time and money and where the business can grow. You’ll design and build business-relevant applications with help from AI, and support clients in adopting the new solution. You’ll move across projects and domains, combining technical implementation with clear, product-focused thinking.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients and understand their internal reality (leadership and operations)
• Identify process bottlenecks and opportunities for growth
• Propose and build applications that deliver business value with AI support
• Help clients set up and work with the new solution
• Contribute to how AI is used within the development process

Requirements

• Prior experience and comfort working directly with clients
• Ability to reason about business impact (savings and value)
• Technical background and understanding of what the code does even when AI writes it
• Product mindset: simplicity and usability; recognize when something is overly complex
• Keep up with AI developments while staying practical and clear-headed
• Enjoy working with people; travel is not an issue
