Description

You will drive application security and user access management activities within Identity & Access Management (IAM). You will conduct access reviews, analyze permission data to spot inactive/excess/unnecessary access, and recommend actions aligned with business requirements. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders, application managers, and system providers, and support onboarding/cleanup in SailPoint IIQ.

Responsibilities

• Conduct access reviews and application security/user access management analysis

• Analyze access-related data and identify inactive, excessive, or unnecessary permissions; recommend actions

• Facilitate communication among business stakeholders, application managers, and system providers

• Work with RACF/IAM subject-matter experts to propose actions and mitigations

• Support onboarding to SailPoint IIQ and cleanup of access groups, users, and service accounts

• Participate in project discussions to resolve conflicts, prioritize efforts, and manage scope changes

• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field

• Proven experience as an Identity Application Security Specialist, Application Manager, or User Admin in SailPoint IIQ

• Strong understanding of applications and IAM

• Self-driven, motivated, collaborative mindset

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
