Description

You will take ownership of public websites and eCommerce platforms built on Drupal, delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure technical solutions following industry standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle

• Lead and ensure adherence to best practices such as test-driven development, continuous integration, Scrum, refactoring, and coding standards

• Develop and maintain CMS modules, plugins, and system integrations

• Standardize multisite templates and reusable UI components

• Collaborate with front-end designers and developers to implement intuitive, visually appealing UI

• Ensure content is easily editable by non-technical users

• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of CMS development experience with strong expertise in Drupal

• Proven experience leading development teams, including mentoring, planning work, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions

• Deep understanding of Drupal, including custom modules, multisite, and multilingual setups

• Strong front-end skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and modern frameworks such as React and Next.js

• Knowledge of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX

• Experience with data migration and content transformation processes

• Fluent in English and Polish (spoken and written)

• Willingness to commute to the office in Warsaw 2–3 days per week

• Residing in Poland
