Description

You will provide expert support for SAP financial accounting modules (FI, FI-AA, newGL, TR-CM), helping collect requirements and propose solutions. The role is centered on advising customers on how to set up their business processes and implement them in SAP S/4HANA. You will be responsible for analysis, functional specifications, project delivery, and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support for SAP FI, FI-AA, newGL, TR-CM

• Gather requirements and collaborate on solution design

• Participate in SAP projects as a consultant and/or team lead

• Perform process analysis, create functional specifications, and prepare proposals/offerings

• Own the full project lifecycle from assignment through development to solution go-live

• Design the solution concept and customize SAP; create functional specifications for developers

• Support and maintain existing solutions

• Coordinate work and communicate with ABAP developers

• Prepare technical documentation and manuals; communicate with key users

• Transfer knowledge to the project team

• Train key/end users

Requirements

• Knowledge of financial accounting and taxes, including current legislation (e.g., VAT solutions, electronic banking DMEE, LSMW-based migrations)

• 5+ years of experience with SAP FI, FI-AA, newGL, TR-CM

• SAP S/4HANA knowledge is an advantage

• Experience and references from implementation projects

• SAP certification is an advantage

• Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage responsibilities in varied teams

• Independent team member with excellent organizational skills; able to handle multiple tasks within deadlines

• Proficiency in Czech and English (both spoken and written)

• Excellent analytical thinking
