Description

You will support SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives within the SAP Finance function as an SAP FICO Consultant focusing on Product Costing. The role includes expanding the global FICO template, executing roll-ins, and delivering related business transformation projects—while partnering with business key users and power users across regions. You will help optimize product costing processes to improve financial transparency through standardized, future-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives, including expansion of the global FICO template and execution of roll-ins

• Deliver business transformation projects related to the FICO scope

• Partner with Business Key and Power Users in daily work, especially after Go-Live

• Provide second-level support for the integrated ERP solution (incident and service management)

• Analyze and monitor critical customer situations in SAP

• Design, specify, test, document, and implement changes to business processes

• Monitor, analyze, tune, and optimize business processes and interfaces

• Work closely with Global Leads and the international team

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working with SAP CO, including Costing Customizing and cross-module integration

• At least 3 full-cycle project implementation experiences in the SAP FICO area

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

• Experience in projects and supporting an integrated ERP solution

• Understanding of ITIL processes

• Strong team player with a critical, yet result-oriented and positive attitude

• Ability to work in a global environment
