Description

Design and develop AI and Machine Learning solutions that address real business needs, with strong emphasis on intelligent document processing and data extraction. Build and deploy ML models in Azure, integrate AI into existing business processes, and help modernize Azure/Databricks-based data platforms. Work closely with Data Engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact AI use cases.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML solutions for business use cases
• Build systems for intelligent document processing, OCR, and data extraction
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, architects, and business stakeholders on end-to-end data & AI solutions
• Develop, deploy, and improve ML models in Azure environments
• Integrate AI solutions with existing business processes and systems
• Participate in modernization of Azure-based data platforms using Databricks
• Ensure quality, scalability, and security of solutions
• Contribute to defining the direction of AI initiatives for a global organization

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ML and Generative AI solution design and implementation
• Solid experience working in Microsoft Azure
• Experience with Azure Databricks and Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, or similar platforms
• Experience building OCR, information extraction, and document processing solutions
• Strong Python and SQL skills
• Understanding of ML lifecycle (create, train, deploy, monitor) in production environments
• Ability to partner with business teams to identify and deliver valuable AI use cases
• Polish communication skills; English B2+ minimum
