Description

Design and implement AI- and data-driven applications with a focus on Azure and Databricks. Translate customer needs into technical specifications and help move ML models and prototypes into production-ready, scalable systems. Own technical work packages including API design, deployment, security, and automation with CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code.

Responsibilities

• Design software and data architectures for data-driven solutions

• Implement AI and data applications with the team

• Productionize ML models and AI prototypes

• Ensure clean API design, deployment, and security

• Build CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code

• Contribute actively to team learning and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• German proficiency at C1 or higher (spoken and written)

• 3+ years experience in software/AI development

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, or comparable technical education

• Strong Python skills

• Experience with modern backend ecosystems such as FastAPI and Pydantic

• Productive experience with Databricks

• Productive Azure experience

• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code

• Ability to use agentic coding and AI-assisted tools routinely

• Communicative and empathetic stakeholder-oriented communication, especially for complex technical topics
