Description

Administer and monitor corporate cloud environments, managing subscriptions, identities, resources, and automating cloud processes. Maintain cloud usage reporting, workflow documentation, and SOP/policy procedures, and support DevOps development environments and application teams with Level 2 assistance. Coordinate with Level 3 support and participate in project/coordination meetings.

Responsibilities

• Administration and monitoring of corporate cloud environments (subscriptions, identity, resources) and automation of cloud tasks
• Monitoring and reporting on cloud resource usage and service consumption
• Create, update, and maintain reports and workflow processes
• Create, update, and maintain cloud policies, guidelines, and SOP procedures
• Run development environments and DevOps projects
• Provide Level 2 support to application development teams for cloud services and coordinate with Level 3 support
• Participate in coordination and project meetings

Requirements

• Master’s degree
• English proficiency: B2 or higher
• 5+ years of IT experience
• 2+ years in a similar role
• At least one intermediate-level AWS/Azure/Google Cloud certificate (or equivalent internationally recognized certificate)
• Strong knowledge of enterprise cloud technologies (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud), with focus on Identity, Networking, Compute, Storage, Web, Mobile, Containers, Databases, Analytics, AI & Machine Learning
• Experience building and deploying cloud services, including compute, storage, and networking
• Very strong scripting and programming experience with PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, Go, Bash, Windows Command Prompt, plus object-oriented programming languages
• Documented experience administering Linux environments and scripting (preferred: Red Hat)
• Basic Microsoft systems administration knowledge
• Very good understanding of DevOps principles and IaaS concepts and techniques
• Knowledge of cloud security and compliance, including monitoring, auditing, and compliance control tools
• Experience working across multiple support teams
• Experience with ticketing systems and change/config/release management aligned with ITIL
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Azure certification: AZ-305 or AZ-104
• Practical experience maintaining or designing Azure Enterprise-Scale Landing Zones based on Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF)
