Description

Board-certified/board-eligible cardiac electrophysiologist to join an established physician-owned private practice in Central California with a transparent Partnership & Leadership Track. The position includes shared inpatient EP coverage, outpatient clinic work, and a balanced procedural caseload across the full spectrum of cardiac electrophysiology. Leadership opportunities include an EP Medical Director role and support for program growth and technology adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Provide inpatient electrophysiology consultations (shared rotating coverage with three electrophysiologists)

  • Manage outpatient clinic workup flow (three half-days per week) with full administrative support

  • Perform electrophysiology procedures including catheter ablations and device implantations

  • Participate in shared EP call coverage (every third week weekday coverage; low-volume weekend urgent consults)

Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiology

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology

  • Strong procedural electrophysiology skillset

  • Interest in long-term private practice ownership, leadership, and program development

  • U.S. work authorization or eligibility for H-1B visa sponsorship

Benefits

  • $700,000 guaranteed minimum salary in Years 1–2; excess net earnings paid as year-end bonus
