Description

You will support business departments across existing and new software solutions in the banking & payment environment. The role combines application-architecture oversight with detailed business analysis for requirements, including effort estimates and implementation drafts. You may also lead (sub-)projects by coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support business areas on application-wide existing and new banking & payment software solutions

• Consider application architecture and produce requirements-based business analyses

• Create effort indications, effort estimates, and implementation drafts in close collaboration with stakeholders

• Lead (part) projects by organizing and steering contributors such as product/development partners, external service providers, architects, IT, and business units

Requirements

• Completed IT or banking IT training with a technical focus, or IT specialist training focused on bank domain application development

• Strong advantage: degree in economics, computer science, or business informatics

• Long-term experience in bank-related software development and agile methods for product/process development

• Experience in project management and designing models/architectures

• Ideally: experience in modeling and developing payment architectures

• Solid knowledge of current payment methods such as SEPA and Instant Payments

• Expertise in requirements analysis plus data, function, and process modeling

• Advantage: knowledge of account management or payment transaction systems

• Advantage: know-how in modern banking and payment technologies and their integration (e.g., API standards, Open Banking, Instant Payments)
